This presentation will provide an overview of teacher leadership and the dynamic between leaders and followers within a school community.

Dr. Kelly Lenarz serves as Dean of Education and Associate Professor of Education at Trinity Christian College. She is passionate about teacher recruitment and retention. This passion is what drives her research in the areas of teacher preparation and teacher leadership.
