Let's Play a Round - Bringing Disc Golf to the School Campus

When South Christian acquired its current property, a group of us worked to bring a disc golf course to the school grounds. This session will chronicle our journey, offer advice and ideas regarding design, and then (if the weather cooperates) spend time on the course playing and explaining the choices we made.

This session will primarily focus on a 40 minute meditation and yoga flow to start your morning feeling aligned, both physically and spiritually, before we step into the second day of CEA conference. Come move your body in a safe and inclusive setting, with a meditation grounded in scripture and a flow set to worship music. We will also touch on a few ways that you can bring similar techniques into your classroom.
